Does your laptop switch off without warning or doesn't power up at all? Running very hot and shuts down. It won't respond, runs slowly or you need the RAM upgrading. Is your screen cracked, flickering, displays distorted graphics or has a broken back light. USB, SD card slots, Ethernet, Network, Internet, head phones or microphone ports are damaged, malfunctioning or have intermittent faults. You have found a hardware failure, the hard drive has gone wrong and needs replacing. The hinge has snapped, the keyboard has sticky or stuck keys, the track pad doesn't respond or the CD-RW/DVD-RW drive has stopped working.

If your laptop / computer is damaged and your insurers require a engineers report we can provide this, you will need to send the laptop to us for inspection, the price for this service is £35.00  Again for an extra charge we can arrange for the machine to be collected from you.

If you decide not to go ahead with the repair once we have estimated the cost we will charge a £35 handling fee.

By sending your computer to us for repair you are indicating that you have read, understood and agree to the these terms and conditions, so please read them!

If the cost of a repair, fix or workaround does not exceed the Minimum Charge (currently £70) you agree we can go ahead and that you will pay this charge.

If the cost would exceed the Minimum Charge we will provide you with an estimate for repair. If you decide not to accept this estimate then we will make a £35 handling charge to cover labour and returning the computer to you.  If you decide not to pay this charge within 14 days we will dispose of the computer for you.

You are agreeing to pay for any work we have carried out on your behalf, whether you have instructed us verbally, by phone, by fax, by email, in writing or via any other medium or via a third party.  We will not charge you more than the Minimum charge without your agreement.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that charges are paid for and return arranged.  We will not normally release repairs until payment has been received.  We may insist on payment being made by cleared funds.  We reserve the right to dispose of machines after three months where payment has not been made, to minimize costs.

These Terms and Condition apply regardless of whether a signed Repair Authorisation Form is submitted with the computer.

And finally .... back up your data - we cannot accept responsibility for it's loss!
